Willa and Max LLC Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Willa and Max LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.

Policy Details:
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with: Return form

Damaged Items:

Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Please email willaandmaxllc@gmail.com detailing the damage along with a picture.

Shipping Fees:
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Willa and Max LLC strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Return Request:

Willa & Max does not accept return request from Facebook or Instagram. You must follow the return/exchange policy to receive assistance.

Restocking Fees:
Willa and Max LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details:
To return your purchase from Willa and Max LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Return & Exchange form HERE. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Willa and Max LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. If the items are FINAL SALE or part of a FINAL SALE and returned, you will NOT receive any credit back. Willa and Max LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
